Public Relation Officer

Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Foster and maintain relationships with media, internal agency partners and relevant external organizations
• Provide sound creative and strategic counsel to top leaders to support their business objectives
• Proactively identify opportunities to reinforce the company's key developments and messaging internally while developing and managing the communications portfolio, including providing support for media relations, digital campaigns, crisis communication and reputation management, websites, and external communications.
• Drafting clear, concise and high-quality content (internal, external and social media)
• Create an environment that promotes collaborative learning and collective ownership of responsibilities

REQUIREMENTS:

• A self-motivated team player who likes working in a fast-paced business environment
• PR is your passion, and you have 4+ years of experience servicing corporate or enterprise technology clients; agency experience is preferred (PG/MBA degree is a plus)
• You are a technology lover (Do you follow your favorite reporters' Social Media Handles? Geek out on new tech innovations). Experience in handling consumer technology brands/start-ups will be a preference.
• Strong knowledge of corporate communications principles, strategies, and best practices
• Proficiency in communication tools, digital platforms, and analytics for content creation, distribution, and measurement
• A deep understanding of integrated communications. Digitally savvy, personally, and professionally. (Experience in influence marketing is a plus)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft clear and impactfull messaging
• Creative thinking and the ability to develop unique content ideas and innovative communication strategies
• Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with SEO, social media marketing, and emerging communication trends and technologies
• Strong leadership and team collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data, measure communication effectiveness, and make data-driven decisions.
